The Detroit Lions beat the 24-20 in the meaningless regular-season finale for both teams. Jay Cutler threw 3 INTs with 2 TD passes as the Bears never led throughout the entire contest. Matt Forte caught a touchdown in what could be his final game as a Bear. The Bears ended John Fox's first year at 6-10 and lost 4 out of their last 5 games. The Bears only won 1 game at Soldier Field, and is the first time in team history they lost 7 games at home. The Lions finished 2015 in 3rd place in the NFC North with a 7-9 record. It is the second year in a row the Bears finished dead last in the NFC North.
